Our aim is to empower disabled people and their carers by helping people remain in their own homes and to be as independent as possible.

Our demonstration centre for disability equipment offers advice and an opportunity to try out equipment for yourself.

Please telephone 01274 589162 for an appointment. If you just want to look round the centre, it is also best to telephone beforehand to ensure that the centre is available at the time you want to visit.

We hold themed and general open days throughout the year - details appear on the news section of this website.

All health professionals are welcome to use DeB's facilities to assess their own clients (booking required).

DeB does not supply or loan equipment, though we do sell a few small items relating to eating, drinking, reaching, dressing and personal care.

We can provide details of local commercial suppliers and mail-order organisations. We offer these details for information, and on the understanding that we do not specifically endorse any of the companies listed.
